Our listed historic farmhouse "Paxerhof" and the "Zuhaus" (ski rental building) are located in the village of Durchholzen in Walchsee, at the foot of the Zahmer Kaiser mountains.
Sporting activities such as skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, great hiking tours, and wonderful walks are possible right from your doorstep! Walchsee lake and the village center are only about 3 km away – the use of the lake and also the outdoor pool in Reit im Winkl is free for our guests! You can order fresh rolls from the bakery from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays. Includes Kaiserwinkl Card with many discounts.
Excludes: Local tax €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over. Check-in from approx. 2:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM. You will find our house in the Durchholzen district.

It's only a 10-minute drive from the Niederndorf highway exit.
The route takes you past the villages of Niederndorf and Rettenschöss.
