The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned house with sea views for rent in La Plaine-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 230 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 670 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- Entrance hall with cupboard and laundry room
- A room with indoor swimming pool and relaxation area
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with glass roof and TV, and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, en-suite shower room and private terrace
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-size bed (access via bedroom 2)
- A WC
First floor
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a south-facing terrace of approximately 10 m²
Second floor
- A 30 m² living room facing the sea with TV, armchairs, dining area, 3 terraces and a veranda
Third floor
- Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bathroom with shower and WC, a dressing room and a balcony facing the sea
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 x 3 m indoor swimming pool heated all year round. The indoor pool is heated, but the pool room is not. In winter, the room temperature may therefore be cooler.
- A 670 m² enclosed garden, facing east/west and north/south, with two garden lounges, a corner sofa, a small table, a sofa and armchairs, 2 sun loungers and a terrace to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in La Plaine-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities:
- Beaches just a few minutes away: Cormier beach, Joalland beach, Port Giraud beach, Tharon beach
- Walks along the coastal path (GR34) offering superb panoramic views
- Shellfish gathering at low tide, a typical family activity
- Water sports: kitesurfing, sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking at La Gravette harbour
- Walks and picnics in Pointe Saint-Gildas Park - Discover the local flora and fauna on the Prée trail
- Local markets with fresh produce and regional specialities - Pornic town centre 10 minutes away: castle, old port, shops, restaurants
- Thalassotherapy in Pornic for a moment of relaxation
- Pornic golf course 15 minutes away by car
- Visit the salt marshes of Millac
- Day trip to Noirmoutier or Île de Ré
- Bike rides on the many marked cycle paths
- Discover the salt marshes of Guérande Transport: You can park directly in the private outdoor car park, which can accommodate 4 cars, and a carport is also available (electric car charging station).

– Nearest station: Pornic station, about 15 minutes away by car
– Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 50 minutes away by car
