The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, 50 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 170 m² and capacity for up to 12 guests. It comprises a 33 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and an 860 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included, so what are you waiting for?
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 33 m2 with TV, sofa
- A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove...
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160 200), bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet with a washbasin nearby
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and a toilet (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and a toilet (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds and a toilet (with washbasin)
- Bedroom 6: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with sink)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- Enclosed garden of 900 m², well sheltered from the wind and facing south. Equipped with a children's swing set, a ping-pong table, a garden shed and a small chalet for the little ones.
- A 44 m² wooden terrace, accessible from the living room and the ground floor bedroom, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) for superb walks along the coast
- Water sports: sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, scuba diving
- 18-hole golf course in Saint-Cast by the sea

- Saint-Malo train station (about 40 minutes) – regional connections and TGV
- Port of Saint-Malo (45 minutes) with ferries to England and the Channel Islands
