On the second floor of this beautiful townhouse, 2 bedrooms with TV, and bathroom with shower, basin, WC: Louise (1 bed 1.60 m x 2) and Victorine (3 beds 0.90 x 2 m including 2 twin beds and small corner -living room). Board games.
Ground floor: breakfast room with homemade cakes, jams, eggs, cakes..., private access to a fridge and microwave, living room-lounge giving access to the terrace overlooking the 2 enclosed gardens for rest, on returning from hikes or the beach.
If bicycles: possibility of parking them in the closed courtyard and covering them.
For Victorine, child rate between 3 and 12 years old. Rental of 2 consecutive nights minimum from June to September inclusive as well as for bridges.
From September to June inclusive: -5 € on each night for a stay of 2 consecutive nights or more.
Throughout the year: from 5 consecutive nights: -10%, from 7 consecutive nights: -15%. Charming residence in the heart of Lannion, city of Art and History, between the station, the Léguer and the shops.
Very pleasant, warm, nicely decorated rooms, with a view of the river.

Accueil chaleureux, nos hôtes sont aux petits soins pour nous et le petit-déjeuner permet d'entreprendre agréablement la journée. Cette générosité permet de tenir jusqu'à un déjeuner tardif. Il est en effet difficile de trouver des restaurants qui vous acceptent sans réservation ;-)
