Located in Labenne Océan, this 120 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you enjoy a spacious open area combining kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with 2 single 80 cm beds or a 160 cm double bed.

A bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, plus a separate WC, are at your disposal.

Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and private balcony (baby bed available on request), and another bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds or a 160 cm double bed.

The upper floor also has a sloped-ceiling bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, sink, and WC.

You also benefit from a laundry room, an entrance with storage, and a furnished veranda with sofas and small tables, ideal for playing or reading.

The fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, and high chair ensure your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy your private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, a balcony, and an outdoor shower.

The beach is nearby and you have access to a shared ping-pong table. Parking includes 4 shared spaces on the property and additional spaces on the street.

Only one pet is allowed and parties are not permitted. For horse owners, the Labenne equestrian center offers paddock or box accommodation and access to forest trails and the beach at certain times.
