Your single-story vacation rental includes: On the ground floor: Living room with fitted kitchen (no dishwasher but a washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
Outside: 8 m² terrace at the rear of the cottage currently being renovated (May 2025), private land on the gable end, and a large courtyard in front for parking.
The owners live on-site, at the entrance to the property but not directly overlooked.
Located in a small residential cul-de-sac just 1 km from the center of Pordic, this small single-story house is perfect for a stay in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc.
Comfortably installed, you will appreciate its trendy decor and enjoy a relaxing environment.
To explore the region, you can easily reach the sand and pebble beach of Petit Havre, very popular with locals because it is well sheltered by the cliffs, just 4 km away.
You will quickly reach Binic (4.5 km) with the family beach of La Banche at the entrance, then that of Avant Port after passing the quays lined with brasseries and crêperies.
From there, you can continue to St Quay-Portrieux and stroll along the fishing and marina ports.
Do you like hiking? You will be delighted: Pordic offers a combination of land-sea circuits starting from the Pointe de Pordic towards the Pointe de Bréhin going up the Vau Madec valley... beautiful panoramas will present themselves to you on the GR 34.

très bon accueil des propriétaires. Calme royal. description du gite identique à la réalité. Mr et Mme sont vraiment sympathiques. Logement décoré avec soin et astuces. Un grand merci pour votre discrétion. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.
