You'll also have convenient access to supermarkets, ATMs, a health center, and even a nearby church—all within walking distance.We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Ponta Delgada - Edifício SATA, is just a 1-minute walk. Ponta Delgada airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home!This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Exiting each of the bright glass doors, you reach two terraces, one facing the Marina and ocean on the south and the other facing the north over Ponta Delgada rooftops! The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement.
A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second with a two single beds.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
An extra relaxing room can be used as bedroom or office. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. There is no garage parking place at the building, but just in front you have a huge paid underground parking. Enjoy your stay!
