Detached house with patio, located in the central area of Olbia. Strategic location for enjoying a relaxing and convenient holiday: just 200 metres from the new promenade and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Olbia, including Pittulongu, Bados, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi. The flat is located in an area rich in services, ideal for visiting the evocative coves of the Costa Smeralda and perfect for evening strolls along the seafront and in the characteristic historic centre.

The house has been carefully designed down to the last detail and is equipped with all comforts: it offers air-conditioned rooms and a spacious outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.

The flat opens onto the living area with a large sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with an induction hob and espresso machine. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor patio, furnished with an extendable table for 6 persons. The sleeping area comprises three comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned: two with double beds and one with twin beds. There are two modern bathrooms, both with large shower cubicles.

Olbia, overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. With its international port and airport, its scenic beauty, history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. In the centre are the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, exhibiting artefacts from Nuragic artefacts to Roman warships, and in the hills just outside the city, overlooking the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The city is also the location of major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally renowned artists.

The coastal area of Olbia alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. In addition, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

The traditional food and wine is also worth discovering, in the numerous restaurants and festivals. Capretto al mirto and zuppa gallurese for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish of the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle.
