Welcome to Montignac-Lascaux, in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, in this charming furnished house ideally located opposite the Vézère river, just a short distance from the town centre. Beautifully decorated in the style of the 90s, it offers all the comfort needed to accommodate up to 6 travellers. You'll enjoy a large, fully enclosed garden, a friendly terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, and a goldfish pond (be careful with children). On Monday evenings, there's a gourmet market just across the road. Shops, restaurants and footpaths along the river are all within walking distance for a pleasant stay.
Go through the front door and discover a large reception hall with storage space. You then enter a lovely 35 m² living room opening directly onto the terrace. Here, you can share your meals around the 6-person dining table, then extend the evening in the lounge area, comfortably seated in the leather sofas in front of the television. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) has everything you need for cooking. For breakfast, there is also a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine.
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190 cm) and its own shower room with separate WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage cupboard, the other with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm) and direct access to the shared bathroom.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, and a separate WC.
A washing machine is available in the ground floor shower room, as well as an ironing board and iron.
You can park up to two vehicles in the accommodation's courtyard, and store your bikes safely in the garage.
