Located in the historic center of Castelnuovo del Garda, just minutes from Gardaland, Caneva, and cycling and food and wine routes, it is the ideal retreat after a day of nature, culture, and fun. In the immediate vicinity: a pastry shop, pizza by the slice, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, and a pharmacy. The property has 3 residential units.
The suite also offers a TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed for a child, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and private parking for small/medium-sized cars with a narrow entrance (free public parking 50m away).
