The Honeymoon suite will welcome you into a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, with a loft double bed, coffee corner, small refrigerator, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and air conditioning. Located in the historic center of Castelnuovo del Garda, just minutes from Gardaland, Caneva, and cycle and food and wine routes, it is the ideal retreat after a day of nature, culture, and fun. In the immediate vicinity: pastry shop, pizza-by-the-slice, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, and a pharmacy. The property has 3 residential units.
The suite also offers a TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed for a child, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and private parking for small/medium-sized cars with a narrow entrance (free public parking is 50m away). As this is a tourist rental, only the final cleaning (not daily cleaning) and the initial supply of linens with a welcome kit are included. The final price consists of: - RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, linens, towels, courtesy kit, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
