Welcome to Lannilis, in this beautiful, tastefully renovated house, ideal for up to 8 people. With breathtaking views over the Aber Benoît, the fully-equipped 100 m² house is nestled in a large 1,000 m² garden with terrace and barbecue, perfect for convivial moments with family or friends. Its peaceful location makes it an ideal base for exploring the GR34 footpaths on foot or by bike. Access to Aber Benoit is just 200m away. Beaches and water sports activities are nearby, perfect for a relaxing holiday in North Finistère.


Go through the front door and you'll be seduced by the large living room with access to the garden through a bay window. The open-plan, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) has everything you need to cook just like at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Share your meals around the living room table or, in fine weather, take advantage of the terrace table. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably installed on the sofas and armchairs in front of the television, near the pellet stove.


Upstairs is the sleeping area with its four bedrooms. Two double bedrooms offer sea views and are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds (80x200 cm). A third bedroom has a Queen Size bed, as does the fourth, which also benefits from a sea view, a private Italian shower and a vanity unit with mirror.


A second, shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, and two separate WCs complete the facilities for added comfort.


A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.


You can park up to three vehicles in the courtyard, and store your bikes safely in the laundry room.
