The apartment features a living area with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped corner kitchen, complete with a professional coffee machine, a dining table, and a TV; a bedroom with a French-style bed featuring a memory foam mattress and pocket springs for optimal rest, hypoallergenic memory foam pillows of various heights, a desk, a four-door wardrobe, and a ceiling fan; a hallway; a full bathroom with pure cotton towels and toiletries, a large shower, a washing machine, and a clothesline; a cosy little terrace (a bonus for an apartment in the historic centre) furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast outdoors.
It is furnished in a modern style with industrial elements, offers free Wi-Fi, and is equipped with mosquito screens.

The apartment enjoys a strategic and central location, very close to the University of Economics and Business, in a well-served area (with public transport, shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants...) and is convenient for reaching the city’s main attractions: the city centre with Piazza Cavour and Corso Garibaldi, Piazza Roma and the 13 Cannelle, and the Teatro delle Muse; the historic centre with the Archaeological Museum, the Cathedral of San Ciriaco, and the Roman Amphitheatre; Cardeto Park with the Campo degli Ebrei and the Lighthouse; the Old Port and Trajan’s Arch.
It is located a few kilometres from the train station and just 2 km from Passetto, which can be reached by a pleasant walk along Viale della Vittoria leading to the War Memorial and its stunning beach with the picturesque Grotte del Passetto.
Also just a few kilometres away is the Conero Riviera, featuring Portonovo—the “pearl of the Adriatic”—and Sirolo, with its beautiful medieval village and picturesque beaches of San Michele and Sassi Neri.
