The "Nordstrandperle" Experience modern apartments of various sizes in the "Nordstandperle" on Norderney. Enjoy your vacation behind a listed facade in a newly renovated ambiance. Apartment H1 Unbeatable Location: The promenade and the sea are within sight, while the lively city center with its gastronomic offerings and shopping opportunities begins just around the next corner.

Despite its proximity to the promenade, nothing of the city center's traffic can be felt in this quiet environment. Main Building: Apartment H1 is located in the basement of the main building and is accessible at ground level.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and a capsule coffee machine, among other things.

Bicycles belonging to house guests can be stored in the courtyard; a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use in the basement. Vacation in a Historic Building: The Nordstrandperle is a characteristic element of the historic "Bremer Logierhäuser" (Bremen Boarding Houses) on Norderney.

Thanks to extensive renovation and modernization, the impressive, traditional facade has been preserved, while modern and high-quality apartments have been created.

The interior design is contemporary and appealing, and the furnishings fulfill almost every wish.

Natural colors and materials create a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

So bleibt Wertigkeit erhalten.
