De woning had een groot dakterras, deels overdekt. Ruimte onder met nieuw keukenblok incl. vaatwasser en badkamer.
Boven ruime slaapkamer met extra bed en extra wc.
Vriendelijke eigenaar, wel alleen Italiaans talig. Echter was Stefano van Interhome altijd bereikbaar.
