The apartment is on the top floor of a two-family house and offers two bedrooms, a living and dining room with balcony, all roof windows with electric shutters, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher) on approx. 65 square meters.
The use of the spacious garden with barbecue area, gas barbecue, seating, swing, slide and trampoline is possible in consultation with the owners.
The vacation apartment is located in the center of Öflingen, a district of Wehr in the southern Black Forest (border triangle).
Bakery, village store and bus stop, restaurant, ice cream parlor are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The nearest train station and the Rhine, including the bathing area, are approx. 1.5 km away.
Parking is available on site.
A variety of leisure activities are possible directly from the house: e.g. hikes, bike tours (from Flach am Rhein to mountain bike tours in the Black Forest), outdoor and indoor swimming pool, mini golf in Wehr (5 km), mountain lake incl. pedal boat, wildlife enclosure and climbing forest in Bad Säckingen (9 km), indoor playground and golf experience in Bad Säckingen, ski lift and ice rink in Herrischried (25 km).
The Swiss border is approx. 9 km away and so other highlights such as zoos, airport,... in Basel (36 km) and Zurich (63 km) can be reached within 30-60 minutes.
The Europapark Rust is also only 1 1/2 hours away by car and a stroll through Freiburg (70 km) is also recommended.

Fenster im Badezimmer. Der große Tisch im Esszimmer, Generell eine schöne durchdachte Wohnung!!
Viele Bücher und Spielsachen für Kinder.
Leider haben wir Frau Eckert krankheitsbedingt nicht kennen gelernt; haben aber sofort die Handynummer des Sohnes bekommen, falls wir Fragen gehabt hätten.
Wir hätten gerne ein kleines Radio in der Wohnung gehabt.
