Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Pueblo Nuevo (lines 5 and 7 to the city center), is just a 5-minute walk. Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.
It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. The master bedroom includes a double bed, and the second bedroom has a 2-bed cabin type - the one on the top is expandable and converts into a bunk bed, one placed above the other.
All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linen and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay.
After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

The flat is lovely, just as described. It’s really handy having two bathrooms. My only criticism is that it was very difficult to find street parking, but there are pay-and-display car parks in the area. We had a really comfortable stay!

: The apartment was big, the air conditioners worked every well and the place is exactly described as in the photos. It is also close to all places such as restaurants, pharmacies, stores etc.

An excellent apartment in a very convenient location, with very responsive owners. A pleasure to stay there, with everything we needed. Close to shops, cafes and the metro. It suited our needs perfectly!
