I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
The best way to reach the apartment is by taxi or car. The Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is just 18 min away.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included). This address is ideally situated for exploring the city. Is likely in a residential area with a mix of locals and some tourist-friendly spots. It is close to several family-friendly beaches, including Playa de El Palo, where you can enjoy calm waters and traditional chiringuitos (beachside restaurants).

Although we had some trouble with the lock, it was sorted out in the end and everything went perfectly. The accommodation is very good – it has everything you need – and the area is very close to the beach.
