Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Port - Joan Josep Sister, is just a 2-minute walk. The nearest tram stop, Grau - La Marina, is just a 7-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY forbidden inside the flat, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors.
Pets are not allowed either.
In case of not following the house rules, fines of 200€ will be charged. To ensure a respectful environment, behaviors that disturb public order, cause noise, or affect cleanliness are not allowed.
It is also forbidden to take furniture, chairs, or any items from the property outside.
Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the stay. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property. We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Pets are also not allowed. This charming 50 m² apartment features 4 double beds and a sofa bed spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table.
Down the hallway, you’ll find the bathroom with all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and two bedrooms with one double bed each. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs. The second bedroom is located on a basement level and is accessible via stairs.
It features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! This is exactly as listed. The apartment was clean with new amenities (new espresso machine, microwave, kettle, etc) and quite comfortable. My kids enjoyed the upstairs space and closeness to the beach. We had some difficulties (solely on my part) with entering the apartment but the owners were quick to respond and gracious with their patience. Thank you for a lovely time!
