Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Vinateros, is just a 5-minute walk. Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental.

Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This three-bedroom apartment in Madrid is ideal for families.

It is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. The living room features a grand piano, perfect for music lovers or those looking to relax with some tunes, a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.  For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washing machine, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. One of the bedrooms has a restful double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed, a desk with a chair, and ample storage space.

These bedrooms are great spots for remote work or studying.

All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay.
