Sevilla station is just a 2-minute walk away, while Sol station is 4-minute walk.
This prime location offers easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. Please consider there could be a constructon nearby and it could be a bit noisy during days of the week. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). No mascotas No fumar No fiestas ni ruidos Welcome to my home! Great location. Listing said dishwasher but that is not the case. Very clean. Only one small mirror in the bathroom.The bed had a flat sheet instead of a fitted one which was extremely annoying and uncomfortable.

Getting the keys and access was clunky. But wonderful location. Nice spot for a few days. Clean and practical. Would rent again.

It was difficult to get the keys to the apartment and then we couldn't get in with the keys. Communication with the host company was cumbersome and with rain approaching we desperately found another place to stay. Struggling to get reimbursment.
