Public Transport: To facilitate the arrival of guests without their own vehicle, please include that it is possible to reach the house in the following way:
By Bus: There is a direct line from Cáceres Bus Station to Plasenzuela (operated by the Solís company), with a journey time of approximately 40 minutes.
Train/Bus Combination: Long-distance travelers (from Madrid or Seville) can take the Alvia or Media Distancia train to Cáceres and, from there, take the aforementioned bus or a taxi (approx. 25-30 min).
Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 2 hours and 50 minutes from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Rural house in a quiet area. Spacious and comfortable rooms. One on the ground floor and the other 4 upstairs. Two bathrooms on the ground floor and the other one upstairs. Outside has a very nice and big patio but the common space inside the house is a bit small for 9 people. Pleasant stay.
