Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Passeig de Gracia station, is just 9-minutes walk. Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. (Its a 3rt floor) The apartment boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living room featuring a large sofa and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, to help you prepare delicious meals.
A washer and ironing equipment are available to cater to your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms.
One has a comfortable queen bed and another has two single beds.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is gorgeous and right in the center of Barcelona. The space is right next to the main areas but we still had relative privacy while being able to access the busy areas very easily.
