Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Barceloneta, is just a 10-minute walk. Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The beach is Barceloneta's main attraction and is packed with locals and tourists all summer long. There are also "chiringuitos" scattered around. These are beach sidebars that often play music and serve snacks.
Unsurprisingly, Barceloneta is where you will find some of the best seafood. If you can, wander into the built-up area behind the strip of cafes and ice-cream shops on Passeig Joan de Borbon.
There are quite a few attractions in this area, especially for families. The aquarium, which is the biggest in Europe, is popular with children and if you want to escape the heat or rain.
