Managed by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd - Villa Charma is a beautiful Mediterranean style house with a private pool, set in an idyllic setting amongst the pine scented hills of Mas Mestre and just a scenic 10-minute drive from Sitges and it's beautiful sandy beaches.
Split over different levels, the villa interior has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a good standard and in contemporary style, while the gardens and outside spaces ooze Mediterranean charm.
The gardens and outside spaces are beautifully set up for an outdoor Mediterranean family holiday.
The fantastic 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by attractive terraces with plenty of room for sunbathing, relaxing and dining.
The wonderful outdoor summer kitchen complete with pizza oven, BBQ and cool bar area will make outdoor cooking and dining on warm summer evenings a truly delightful experience.
The attached games room will entertain and delight the whole family.
Villa Charma offers a calm and peaceful setting for your holiday and yet is only a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches.
The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class attractions are within an easy day trip.
ACCOMMODATION This charming air-conditioned home is equipped to the good standards you would expect of a quality holiday home and offers every amenity necessary to make your holiday at Villa Charma a memorable experience.
The house is set on a hillside and so the property entrance is at street level with steps leading down to the first level and the front door.
The front courtyard area features lush Mediterranean plants, a pond with fountain as well as a small herb garden that guests are welcome to use.
First Floor The front door leads into an attractive living/dining area.
The communal area is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and arm chair, a extendable dining table seating 6/10 guests and a cosy fire place for those cooler out of season evenings.
A balcony attached to this room offers a table and two chairs, a sunbed and very pleasant views over the surrounding hills.
To the right side of the living space is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with large island / breakfast bar with 4 barstools, fridge freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso pro 50).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family self-catering holiday.
There are stairs leading to a master suite with walk-through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with separate WC.
There is also a separate guest toilet close to the living area.
Ground Floor The ground floor offers an additional living room with large sofa bed, TV with satellite and Xbox.
This room can also be made into additional sleeping accommodation for an extra 2 guests.
This room has an air-conditioning unit that can be used to cool the whole ground floor.
Attached to this living room is a double bedroom.
Up a few steps from the living room is a further double bedroom and a large family bathroom complete with a delightful Jacuzzi and separate shower.
BEDROOMS Villa Charma can sleep up to 9 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and an additional living room as follows; Bedroom 1 – First floor – Double bed, wardrobe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2- Ground Floor – Double bed with wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 – Ground Floor – Double bed with walk in wardrobe. 2nd Living room – Comfortable double sofa bed.
The sofa in the 1st living room is also a sofa bed that can be made available for the 9th person.

Bathroom 2 – Ground Floor – Large bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.

OUTSIDE SPACES Villa Charma has the perfect outside space for enjoying a fantastic family holiday in the Mediterranean sun.
The wonderful 8m x 4m private swimming pool and is surrounded by attractive wooden decking with sun bathing areas either side.
Guests can enjoy panoramic vistas across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
The outside entertaining spaces of Villa Charma have been perfectly deigned for enjoying the fantastic Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle experience while on your holiday.
An outdoor kitchen, bar and dining terrace all located a few steps from the pool area.
There is shade from the hot afternoon sun in the games room by the bar area where guests can enjoy a game of pool or darts.
