Der Vermieter hat sofort ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung gebracht, auch einen Tisch für den Balkon gebracht.
Die Wohnung schien bewohnt zu sein. Wenig Platz für persönliche mitgebrachte Dinge für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
