Semi-detached cottage located in the Acotz district of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, 100 meters from the A63 motorway.
The cottage is arranged over two levels and comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen and living area (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - a lounge - a bathroom with shower and bathtub (washing machine) - a toilet Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) For your comfort, the beds are made up for your arrival, and towels and linens are provided.
Electric heating is charged extra (meter reading).
Wi-Fi internet access is available.
A private terrace with garden furniture and a griddle is available under the plane tree.
Parking is available in front of the cottage.
The cottage is ideally located 1.5km from the beaches, 1km from shops (Jaldai shopping area) and 5km from the town centre of St Jean-de-Luz.

Propriétaire très à l écoute. Maison très bien située et très bien équipée. La localisation est superbe avec bus à proximité ce qui nous a évité de prendre trop souvent la voiture car très difficile de se garer dans la région.

Une vieille maison typique du pays basque entièrement rénovée avec un escalier plus que centenaire avec beaucoup de charme. Très bien située (une grande surface à proximité par exemple, des possibilités d'accès à des arrêts de bus pour accéder aux plages ou au centre de Saint-Jean de Luz) avec un très bon accueil des propriétaires.Nous le conseillons !

Maison typique du pays basque avec tout le nécessaire en arrivant, nous n'avions juste qu'à poser nos valises. Maison bien située à proximité de tous les commerces et proche des stations de bus et navettes de plage. Cathy est très accueillante, sympathique et réactive.Nous recommandons vivement ce joli bien sur la côte basque! À très bientôt
