The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this 70 m² flat for rent in Le Palais, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
Work is currently underway in the residence, which may cause some noise pollution during the day.
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV and a corner sofa.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90×190) that can be moved closer together
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A 15 m² shaded balcony facing south-east with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Located at the foot of the VAUBAN Citadel, which dominates the harbour, this 17th-century fortress now houses a museum retracing the island's history, as well as a hotel and restaurant.
- GR 340 - Tour de Belle-Île: A long-distance hiking trail of around 80 km circling the island, with possible departures from Le Palais.
- The first beach is around 1.7 km away, and the Ramonette, Soldats, Castoul and Port-Fouquet beaches are ideal for swimming and relaxing.
- Water sports: Enjoy sailing, surfing, stand-up paddling, diving and kayaking.
Transport :
Buses can take you to the rest of the island to visit the port of Sauzon, the pointe des poulains, Les aiguilles du port coton (Bangor)...
You can also hire a car or electric bikes. If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay car parks on Quai Roussel.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here's some information you may find useful:
- The nearest train station is Auray, around 15 km from Quiberon. From Auray, you can reach Quiberon by train or bus, then take a ferry to Le Palais. The ferry crossing takes around 45 minutes.
- The nearest airport is Lorient (LRT), 50 km from Quiberon, from where the ferry leaves for Belle-Île-en-Mer. Nantes (NTE), 120 km away, offers more flights; Quiberon is reached by train to Auray, then by road.
Other remarks:
- No wifi, internet connection is very difficult in the flat (better on the balcony)
- Bed linen and towels included
- Pets are not allowed in the flat
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
