This recently renovated vacation home has 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and can accommodate 8 people, ideal for families and groups of friends. The vacation home is located in the heart of Bouillon, along river Semois. There are also 2 dogs allowed.
Terraces and restaurants are nearby and the house is the ideal starting point for discovery tours. Walk to the castle-fortress of Bouillon, kayak on the Semois river, view Bouillon from the viewing platform Belvedère or visit the animal park! The region also features several hiking and biking trails such as the spectacular ladder walk in Rochehaut.
In the living room with ample seating and a TV you can relax after a day of adventure, enjoy a drink from the bar and play table soccer. From the living room and from the terrace you have a view of the Semois and the Castle-fort of Bouillon.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, beverage fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Wi-Fi is available in the house and there is a large bicycle shed.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Emplacement, la literie et la grande table dans la cuisine
Caution pas inclus dans le montant de la location, a payer directement au propriétaire pas clairement indiqué. Du coup nous n’avions pas pu rentrer dans la maison à notre arrivée. Personne joignable par téléphone, pourtant ces numéros étaient indiqués étant nos contacts en cas de besoin. Heureusement l’organisation de coordination des location a pu nous dépanner rapidement.

Het is ideaal dat iedere slaapkamer is voorzien van een eigen badkamer.
Je kunt direct vanaf het huis wandelen, maar ook op korte rijafstand zijn prachtige wandelroutes.

Super maison et emplacement. Attention au règlement de la caution car pas inclus dans le montant. Elle doit être réglé au propriétaire directement. Numéros de téléphone injoignables, heureusement que chez Belvila ils répondent et peuvent aider.
