It offers direct beach access and features: - Living room with sofa and TV, opening onto a furnished terrace with a magnificent sea view. Open-plan kitchen including: ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and wardrobe / one bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm) / shower room / separate WC. Secure underground parking - Cleaning included. Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (indoors and outdoors). You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, to the Moorish park, to the observatory etc... or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin, visit the coast to the PILAT dune. -The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city. -Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing. - Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
