This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.


For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 150m² loft has everything you need for a comfortable!

It is on two levels and is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.


The space is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features large sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four.


Please note that there's a movement detector (may be mistaken for a camera) in the living room, but it is deactivated.


The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.


The first bedroom has a king bed (180x200) and a TV, and the second has a queen bed (160x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.


There's plenty of storage space to make you feel right at home.

Please do not touch the taped areas or those marked "private".


The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.


You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.


A smoke detector is installed for your safety.
