The nearest train station, Boulogne Jean Jaurès, is just an 11-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 48-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
