If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

short stays manageable: nice neighbourhood, accessible by tram/connections, cosy place, nice balcony.
long stays unmanageable : short of storage space for long stays, excessive clutter incl out of place chandeliers, bar stools/tables filled with stuff, unwanted sofas, stuff under the bed , rule is that you have to be careful with things in the apt! used & unused bottles, stuff from yore!!
