Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Bobigny-Pablo Picasso (line 5), is just a 6-minute walk. CDG Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

A deposit will also be required. Welcome to my 99 m² apartment on a high floor with lift in Bobigny.

Bobigny, located in the northeastern suburbs of Paris but still close to Paris center. It is a lively city that blends modernity with history. While it’s less touristy than central Paris, it offers a unique atmosphere with its green spaces, residential neighborhoods, and cultural heritage. You can explore the Parc de la Bergère, perfect for a leisurely stroll, or visit the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, which features interactive exhibitions. Bobigny is also home to lively markets and restaurants where you can enjoy diverse local cuisine. Art lovers shouldn’t miss the Museum of the History of Immigration and the Théâtre de Bobigny. A visit to Bobigny lets you discover an authentic side of Paris, away from the tourist crowds.

If you're okay staying outside the city proper, this a good location with a great view. There's a grocery store right nearby to get what you need. FYI, if you're coming from the U.S., bring your own wash cloths. That's not a common common bathroom item in Paris.
