You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.

Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage. Welcome to my home! It is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/bedroom with an open kitchen and a bathroom. - The living room/bedroom is composed of a sofa bed (which was just replaced for a brand new one) for 2 persons, storage furniture, table with extension, two chairs and mainly TV and WIFI. - The kitchen - Modern with stone walls and European wooden beams and cupboards.

It includes a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal. We also provide bed linen, towels, some tea and coffee and soap.
