The nearest station, Croix de Chavaux (line 9), is just a 3-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 43-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. This three-bedroom apartment in the Parisian suburbs is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

The property is close to various attractions, such as The Dark Dreams Paris, Château of Vincennes, good restaurants and shops, and the Croix de Chavaux station is just 3 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome! The front door of this 101m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated living area with a comfortable sofa and large TV. A magnificent bay window overlooking the vegetation bathes the room in light and makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. The dining area features a large table for up to six guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals, including breakfast, with its kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster.

A washing machine is also available. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed.

The beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linen.

Closets are available to store your belongings and make you feel right at home. Ceiling fans are installed to ensure a comfortable, well-ventilated environment. Bathrooms are equipped with mirrored basins and showers. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy!
