This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

The accommodation comprises 1 carefully furnished bedroom, offering comfort and tranquillity.
The double bed (size 120 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
Storage space (cupboards, wardrobes, cabinets) is available for your convenience.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Wi-Fi is not available in the accommodation.
All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

: The flat was furnished in a modern style.
Top view
Great location as it is close to the Defence from where the main metro lines depart.
Only comments were:
- the strange smell in the corridors of the building
- the difficulty in sorting the rubbish.
- I would have paid more attention to the cleanliness of the windows and sheets.

The place was spacious with a great view. It provided all the amenities and it was clean.
