Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The Nanterre-Ville RER station (line A) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly airports are around 40 minutes away by car. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay.

The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property. Welcome to my 23 m² ground-floor apartment in Nanterre. The dining area, perfect for two, flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals (microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine included) The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (140x200), dressed with soft, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a sleek sink, mirror, and a refreshing shower, while the toilet is located separately for added convenience.

A washing machine is also at your disposal. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy!
