This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with lift access, this modern and tastefully decorated 84m² apartment at Levallois Perret.
It is very close to Paris.
You can access the city centre and main iconic monuments in 35 min.
Free parking is available in the shopping centre directly opposite, in parking lot P0 (red zone, rez de chaussée) - open every day of the week from 8 am to 11 pm.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a big dining table for eight.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a coffee machine (Expresso Original, Nespresso classic pods).
Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
There are three bedrooms.
One has a double bed (140 x 190), one has a queen bed (160 x 200), and the last has one queen bed and a single (90 x 190).
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The place was great — excellent location and very easy, responsive communication. The only issue was the insulation. On very cold days like the ones we had, it’s difficult to get the apartment warm, and it would have been nice if the heating had been turned on before our arrival. We checked in at night, and the apartment was extremely cold. Other than that, everything was good.

very well located in a beautiful part of Paris, at the end of metro line 3, which takes you to the department stores. Spacious, pleasant accommodation.
Super-responsive host; we had forgotten our keys inside and this was quickly sorted out.
The only downside is that the beds in the three-bedded room...

The apartment is spacious and well located near Paris. Many stores very close to the apartment (bakery, supermarket,..).
Definitely I would return to this place.
