If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The living room TV is equipped with a pre-configured Netflix account.
Feel free to use this account to enjoy a variety of series and films during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave.
The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Saint-Ouen also offers you the chance to stroll along the Seine or enjoy a picnic in the Grand Parc des Docks. You can also follow the fresco trail and admire, among many others, the Croco Accro fresco and the Métro fresco. Can you find them?

Spacious flat in a strategic location
: Excellent location, right at the metro exit, convenient for the supermarket

The accommodation is very close to the underground stop, the area is more business than residential which makes it very quiet, it is close to supermarkets and restaurants, so ideal.
The beds are comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable stay ... overall I recommend it.
