Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Front Populaire (line 12), is just a 3-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Welcome to my 75m² apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in Saint-Denis! It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two comfortable bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro station, you will have easy access to the Parisian region and its attractions! Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 75m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan.
The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.
There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Brilliant!
: I came away with nothing but the best impressions. The flat is clean, cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a kitchen where you can cook for yourself. There’s also a terrace where you can relax. It’s just 3–5 minutes from the underground. There are shops and cafés nearby.
I’d definitely recommend it!

The flat was even better than in the photos. Spacious, very well equipped (it felt just like home), a quiet and comfortable terrace, a lovely modern kitchen, very comfortable beds… we had a brilliant stay!

A really peaceful spot, with shops nearby and the underground right outside the building. The place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a great time with family or friends. We loved it.
