Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest tram station is Angélique Compoint (line Tb3), just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Welcome to my 23 m² apartment on the 3rd floor in the 18th arrondissement.
It comfortably accommodates up to 2 people and features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the tram, this apartment offers a peaceful stay in the City of Light. Welcome! Located on a quiet street, this apartment is a true oasis in the heart of a lively and multicultural neighbourhood. The door to this 23 m² apartment opens into a bright space, thoughtfully and elegantly decorated. The living area is designed for your comfort, featuring a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing moments. The dining area offers a table that seats two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200), dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, and a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned.
So nice to have a place for ourselves instead of staying in a hotel.
Really great host: made us feel welcome, friendly and communicative.

Pleasant stay in this flat. Clean, tidy, well-appointed and just a few minutes from the metro.
The only small downside was that the frying pan did not work on the hob. So we only had the saucepan to cook with.

Perfect place to visit Paris. You can easily walk to Montmartre and the metro is around the corner. The apartment is in a real neighbourhood with locals and there are nice restaurants and cafes around the corner
