Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Croix Paquet (line c), is just a 10-minute walk. Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.

Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage. Located in the 1st arrondissement, it’s a comfy place for 2 but can sleep up to 4 with a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area.

You’ve got a kitchen with the basics, a washer for laundry, fresh towels, toiletries, and 24/7 guest support if you need anything. Just so you know: It’s on the small side, and the mezzanine is low (you can’t stand upright up there).
