Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Mairie Bus stop is 4 minutes away from apartment. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom. It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood.
There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property. CCTV cameras were installed in the common areas.
One at the entrance of the building and the others on each floor in the corridor outside the studios. The heater is below the TV; it is an electric heater, very modern chimney style; there is a remote control to switch it ON/OFF and to manage the temperature.
If the window remains open, the heater will shut automatically. Bright and aesthetically designed, this exceptional 25m² studio is located on the ground floor in Montévrain.
It comfortably accommodates 2 people with its queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideally situated 50 minutes from Paris and just 15 minutes from Disneyland, you can enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay while being close to major attractions. Welcome to my home! This studio can sleep up to 2 people comfortably. Fitted with a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable sofa-bed with hotel-quality linens, and there are multiple storage spaces.
The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
It also includes a Ninja Food Max cooking machine - there's the recipe book and instruction manual in the kitchen. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! There is a new table and chairs that guests can use in the common areas. You have a portable cooling fan at your disposal for hot weather.
