We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Romainville Carnot (line 11), is just a 9-minute walk. CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required. Welcome to my 97 m² house in Romainville.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. It’s very pleasant and exactly what we were hoping for. The GuestReady team were particularly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
There were just a few basic items missing, such as teaspoons or washing-up liquid, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay to the full. We’d recommend it without hesitation!

Apparently really great, I recommend it!
The only downside is that there isn't much baby equipment, but otherwise it's really great.
