Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.

Nice location, easy communication with host. Some problems with the water in the building, was quite often switched off during our stay - but all in all fine!
