Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Gare Part-Dieu Villette Station - 5 mins away on foot.
There's also the Dauphiné - Lacassagne Tram Stop just 15 mins walk from the flat. From both of these stations and tram stops, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Lyon! Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).%r%n%r%nThe property is under camera surveillance to ensure guest's security (1Cam at the entrance of the building and 2 cameras on the hall).%r%n%r%n%r%nIf you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Within walking distance from Gare Part-Dieu Villette Station, this is the ideal home for families/friends who wish to explore Lyon! Welcome to my home! Relax in the bright living room which maintains an open floor plan that connects the living, dining and kitchen areas.
The living room features a double sofabed facing the TV and a dining area which consists of a dining table and chairs for 4.
If you fancy dining in, you may dine here with your loved ones! The connected kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge. The bedroom contains a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens that are at your disposal. A portable air conditioner is available for your comfort. The bathroom has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Have a pleasant stay!
