Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The nearest station is Nogent-Sur-Marne, which is 10 minutes away on foot and is connected to RER A.

It'll take 15 minutes to reach Paris Gare de Lyon, from which you can travel most of Paris by metro. Charles De Gaulle Airport is 27.8km away, about 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions. Ride-sharing services like UBER, G7, Le'Cab and Bolt are available to use and download in Paris. The place is approximately 10 kilometres from the heart of Paris, easily accessible within 20 minutes via the RER A line.

The RER station is just a 6-minute walk away. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

This room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a basin with a mirror, and an infrared sauna.

A second bathroom on the first floor features a shower cabin, a basin with a mirror, and a toilet. The second floor includes two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds.

Please note that both rooms are located in the attic, which means they can get warm during the summer months.

Each room is equipped with a fan for your comfort, and air conditioning is installed in the veranda on the ground floor for optimal cooling. For your digital needs, the house offers high-speed fibre-optic internet (Live Box 5 from Orange: up to 1 Gbit/s download and 700 Mbit/s upload), allowing you to stay connected effortlessly.
