Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Mairie de Clichy, is just a 3-minutes walk. CDG airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. This one-bedroom apartment near the border of Paris is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 30m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable couch, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing your meals: a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and a built-in fridge and freezer.
You will also find a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a toaster.
The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
A wardrobe with hanging space is provided for you to organize your belongings and make you feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a basin, a heated mirror to prevent fogging after the shower, a very spacious shower, and wall-mounted toilets.
A built-in washing machine and a heated towel rail are also available. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs.

Thank you, the place was amazing. The hosts were helpful when the key box lost connection, however, that was an inconvenience, having to check in two hours later than planned, especially it was late and raining, we are aware this issue was beyond their control. The apartment is great and good location near the metro
