Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Multiple bus stops (126, 194, 388, 475..) are minutes from the property. The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 13-minute walk. The metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) is 15 minutes away.

This line takes you directly to Les Champs Elysées. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
